Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your swimsuit purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your swimsuit, we will happily accept returns in exchange for store credit within 10 days of the original delivery date. However, please note that all returned swimsuits must meet the following requirements:
-the swimsuit must be in its original condition with all tags and hygenic liners attached.
-the swimsuit must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
-the swimsuit must be free of any stains, odors, strong smells (perfumes, deodorant, etc.) or damages.
-the swimsuit is not listed as a final sale item.
If your swimsuit meets all of the above requirements, email hello@ladeanswim.com with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return to initiate the exchange process. Once your request is approved, you will receive further information on how to complete the return process.
Upon receiving your returned swimsuit, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the swimsuit meets all requirements, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
We do not refund shipping fees, package protection fees, or offer Return Shipping Labels. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Note that the biodegradable shipping bags that we use to send your order can be used a second time.
We do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returnable items will receive store credit that can be used to purchase a different size or style of equal value online.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a DIGITAL GIFT CARD (via email) when your return has been received and approved.
We recommend you obtain a delivery confirmation or an appropriate method to track your return or exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend not requiring a signature as we cannot guarantee that we will be in our office, and you will have to work with USPS to get it redelivered if we are out.
Once your order has been processed by the shipping carrier and you have received tracking information, the delivery of your package is no longer within our responsibility. Please contact USPS or UPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. If a package has been marked as “Delivered” and your package is missing, please only contact your local post office to further inquire about the package’s whereabouts. If your package does not arrive after 2 days of being marked as “Delivered” we can help provide any information that is needed to file a claim.
If a package has been returned to our office due to an address error, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void.
All purchases made during a SALE or purchased at a discounted rate are exchange only. No returns will be permitted.
Any product that is marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
