Returns & Exchanges

At LADEAN SWIM, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

For Swimwear:

The swimsuit must be in its original condition with all tags and hygienic liners attached.

The swimsuit must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

The swimsuit must be free of any stains, odors, strong smells (perfumes, deodorant, etc.) or damages.

The swimsuit was not listed as a final sale item at time of purchase.

For All Items:

The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

The product must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

The product must be free of any stains, odors, strong smells (perfumes, deodorant, etc.) or damages.

The product was not listed as a final sale item at time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are marked as “Sale” or “Clearance” at time of purchase.

Items that are damaged.

Gift Cards are final sale.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ladeanswim@gmail.com and include the following:

Full name used to place the order.

Order number.

A video or image showing the state of the swimsuit proving that it is eligible for a return.

Description/Feedback as to why you are returning the item(s).

If the return is approved, we will process a refund in the form of store credit via digital gift card to the email provided within 5-7 business days of receiving the approved items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you prefer an exchange, please indicate the desired size or style when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery by emailing ladeanswim@gmail.com and provide the following:

Full name used to place the order.

Order number.

A video or image of the item.

Description of what is missing or damaged.

We will provide a prepaid return label for the defective or incorrect item and promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Never Received Your Package?

If a package has been returned to our office due to an address error, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void.

Shipping Your Return/Exchange

We recommend you obtain a delivery confirmation or an appropriate method to track your return or exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Once your order has been processed by the shipping carrier and you have received tracking information, the delivery of your package is no longer within our responsibility. Please contact USPS or UPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. If a package has been marked as “Delivered” and your package is missing, please only contact your local post office to further inquire about the package’s whereabouts. If your package does not arrive after 2 days of being marked as “Delivered” we can help provide any information that is needed to file a claim.

Note that the biodegradable shipping bags we use to ship your order can be used a second time.
